Grant Application

The Hartford County Bar Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the purpose of which is to raise funds and support programs to benefit homeless, hungry, sick, disabled and other needy persons.
